Great work! These use the rule of thirds wonderfully. I really love the bottom one especially. Even though she has her back to the center of the photos, she's looking right at the camera and you have a strong leading line created by the slide which ties her back into the photo. Great composition.
Now, notice how in all but the top photo, there's something sticking out of their head? The third one has a person coming out of the top of her head, and second and forth have flag poles sticking out. This is what is called a merger and something to avoid. Make sure to pay attention to the background for this very reason. Most of the time, just moving a bit to one side or the other will help with this.
