Among other things, one thing I learned this week is that I am not good at holding still when I take a picture! I have take many sets of 3 pics and have not gotten many really clear ones. Hopefully there is hope for me that does not involve using a tripod for every picture I take! So, here are the photos I finally ended up with.
I love this windmill in our backyard! Not sure why, except that it is a bit of country in the middle of suburbia!
I love your windmill too! Now, something to notice. See how in your telephoto shot, everything is still in focus? Well, even though typically the more you zoom in the less depth of field you have, it's also true that the further away you are from your subject, the more depth of field you have. So, since you zoomed in, but were really far away from the subject, they cancelled each other out and you ended up with a large depth of field! Interesting, hu?
