Ok here is my Texture Photos and I liked both of these so i decided to post them both, I hope you like them! :)on this one i didnt use the rule of thirds cause I just like it all hehe :)
On this one i did try to use the rule of thirds by focusing on the white rock cause it seemed to stand out (To me) and mybe not to you
Great job! I'm certain these would look great in black and white too. In the bottom photo, see how the rocks create a line that cuts through the photo and merges with the lower left courner? This is what's called a merger and something that you should try to avoid. It's when one major element and another element, in this case the leading line of the stones and the corner of the photo, merge together. The results can be awkward. Just something to keep in mind. If you have the rocks just a little off from the corner like they are in the top right, the two elements wouldn't compete with each other. We hadn't gone over this yet, so no worries. they're great photos! ;o)
