Ok-This photo has a great rule of thirds, the people(to me) looked framed by the buildings, the angle from above is pretty nice, and I think if the photographer had maybe just leaned back enough to get the guys whole face in it would've been better. I don't really think this photo tells the whole story of what's going on, but it gives a different angle.
What do you think about these men wearing suits & 'nice' clothes in the middle of the city's street? What about their facial expressions? Interesting.
