Great portraits, Vanni! Very nicely done. The lighting in the top photo is called split lighting, which is when half the face is lit and the other half is not, just like here. The second portrait is using what's called Rembrandt lighting, similar to what was used by Rembrandt in his paintings.
The food photos are both out of focus. The subject really should have been the barrito but it's not in focus in either photo. But I do love Chipolte!
